History: THIS CAR STARTED LIFE BACK IN 1987AND WAS PURHASED BRAND NEW IN CALIFORNIA BY AN ARCHITECT WHO WAS A BMW E24 ENTHUSIAST. LATER IT WAS SOLD TO A DOCTOR WHO OWNED IT FOR VERY LONG PERIOD OF TIME AND FINALLY, I PURCHASED IT. THROUGH THE TWO PREVIOUS OWNERSHIPS, THE CAR WAS MAINTAINED WITHOUT ANY EXPENSES BEING SAVED. THE CAR NEEDED VERY MINIMAL MAINTENANCE TO KEEP ITS GREAT SHAPE. AFTER I PURCHASED THIS CAR, I EXAMINED THE CAR THROUGHLY WITH A VERY KEEN EYE, AS I KNOW BMW E24’S, BUMPER TO BUMPER. I REPLACED WHAT EVER WAS NEEDED.
Exterior: THE EXTERIOR HAS A VERY SOLID COLOR WITHOUT ANY FADED AREAS. IT SHINES AS IT SHOULD. ALL CHROME MOULINGS ARE EXTREMELY WELL KEPT AND SHINY WITHOUT ANY OXIDATION. THE RUBBER PIECES ARE IN MINT CONDITION AND NICELY PRESETED. THE TIRES ARE BRAND NEW WITH FULLY RESTORED BBS RS FRONT 005 REAR 006 MODEL, STAGGARED SET WHEELS. I PUT ON NEW WIPER BLADES. THE HEAD LIGHS ARE CONVERTED TO EURO TUV SPECIFICATION (CAN BE RETURNED BACK TO US SPEC IN NO TIME) ALSO, XENON LAMPS ARE INSTALLED FOR MUCH BETTER VISABILITY (CAN PUT THE ORIGINAL BACK IN NO TIME) THE OVERALL CONDITION IS VERY CLEAN AND PRESENTABLE.
Interior: IS LOTUS WHITE AND IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. NEW LEATHER ON THE DASH WAS INSTALLED. ALL THE INTEROR PIECES ARE IN VERY GOOD GONDITION INCLUDING: STEERING WHEEL, SPEAKERS COVERS ETC…THE BMW RADIO WORKS PEFECTLY WITH NO ISSUES. INSTRUMENT CLUSTER IS LIKE NEW AND ALL THE GAUGES WORK WITHOUT PROBLEM. THE FRONT SEATS WERE RESKINNED TO MATCH THE BACK SEATS SINCE THE WHITE COLOR REQUIRES MORE OF A DEEP CLEANING TO MAINTAIN AND KEEP AS CLEAN AS YOU CAN SEE IT. I HAVE SPECIAL CLEANER PRODUCT TO KEEP THE DIRT OUT OF THE SEAT.
Mechanical: THE S38-B35 IS IN TOP CONDITION. VERY TIGHT ENGINE AND IT SHOWS ITS LOW MILAGE! IT DOES PULL HARD TO THE RED LINE. I HAVE PERFORMED VALVE ADJUSTMENT AND DID REQUIRE ONE SHIM TO BE REPLACED WITCH SHOWED THE ENGINE WAS MAINTAINED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. FLUSHED THE COOLING SYSTEM WITH NEW BMW COOLANT, NEW 10W-60 MOTORSPORT OIL WITH INCREASED ZDDP TO APPOX 2000PPM TO KEEP THE CAM LOBES IN TOP SHAPE AS WELL THE OTHER MOVING PARTS. NEW UPRADED WATER PUM PULLEY TO INCREASE THE COOLING FLOW (MY OWN TRICK I HAVE EXPERIMENTED THROUGH YEARS ON MY DAILY DRIVER BMW E24 M6 CAR.) NEW BELTS. TRANSMISSION SHIFT WITH NO PROBLEMS AND IT’S TIGHT. I HAVE REMOVED THE SLS SYSTEM DOWN TO THE LAST LINE AND WIRE, THE AMAZING PART IS THAT NO MORE LEAKING SHOCKS AND I WAS ABLE TO SAVE ABOUT ~35 POUNDS FROM THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. I HAVE INTALLED NEW H@R LOWERING SPRINGS AND BILSTEIN SPORT SHOCKS. THIS COMBINATION WORKS PERFECTLY AND IT HAS BEEN PROVEN FROM CLUB RACERS. SPHERICAL BEARING BUSHING ON THE LOWER CONTROL ARM TO PREVENT THE WHEEL SHIMMING BETWEEN 57-45MPH WHICH ALL BMW E24 HAS KNOWN TO BE AN ISSUE.

THIS CAR IS OVERALL IN GREAT CONDITION. FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY TO INVEST AND OWN A PIECE OF BMW HISTORY THAT WILL INCREASE VALUE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

I AM THE CURRENT OWNER OF THIS VEHICLE FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS AND I KEEP THIS CAR INSIDE A GARAGE TO SHIELD IT FROM EXPOSURE TO THE SUN AND RAIN.
Optional: I DO OFFER TO ADD MORE POWER TO THE ENGINE. I CAN INSTALL BMW MOTORSPORT HEADERS (M88/3), 264 CAMSHAFTS INTAKE AND EXHAUST WITH EXAHUST SIDE CAMSHAFT SPROKET , PERFORMANCE CHIP, FULL FREE FLOW EXHAUST. ALL THIS WILL BE FOR EXTRA CHAGE FOR PARTS AND LABOR.
